| DESCRIPTION | The 2430 SVGA card can drive a variety of flat panel displays with a resolution up to 1280 x 1024. These include STN passive and TFT active matrix LCD panels, EL panels and gas discharge panels. An optional adapter (order #4000) for CRTs is available. There is an adjustable bias supply for LCD displays, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
A utility diskette is supplied with the 2430 containing video bios files and hook–up diagrams for several different flat panels. Flat panels from Sharp, Planar, NEC, Fujitsu, Epson, Phillips, Denistron, and others are easily supported. For an updated flat panel list, see our web site at www.octagonsystems.com. |
